These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. By using this website or requesting any service from Advanced Markabte for Information Technology, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using the website. The company reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these terms at any time at its sole discretion. It is the responsibility of the client (inspection requester) to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you acknowledge your full acceptance of them.
These terms and conditions apply to the client’s use of the website operated by Advanced Markabte for Information Technology for booking an appointment to receive the service provided by the company, which is vehicle inspection and assessment by specialized technicians and all related matters.
By confirming your inspection appointment, agreeing to these terms and conditions, and completing the payment process, you acknowledge a legally binding commitment to all terms of use. If you do not agree to any or all of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the website. The company also reserves the right to modify, improve, or update the website, which may impact the service provided or its efficiency at any time.
The inspection report reflects the vehicle's condition at the time of inspection only, and the company holds no responsibility for the vehicle’s condition once it leaves the inspection site.
The inspection is conducted using specialized equipment, and the client or user has no right to dispute the inspection results or compare them with those of other inspection centers.
The vehicle owner or inspection requester bears full responsibility for the inspection and any damages that may occur to the vehicle, the owner, or the requester due to the inspection. The company is not liable for any malfunctions or damages, regardless of their cause. Furthermore, the owner is responsible for any personal belongings left inside the vehicle during the inspection. The company is not responsible for their loss, misplacement, or damage, as clients are informed beforehand to remove all personal items from the vehicle before the inspection.
The company reserves the right to resell and/or share the inspection report without mentioning the owner’s, buyer’s, or inspection requester’s name at the time of inspection.
Some previously replaced vehicle parts cannot be confirmed as original. If they are functioning properly—especially components covered by metal or plastic shields (e.g., internal engine parts, transmission, hybrid battery, or parts under the dashboard)—they may not be mentioned in the report unless visibly noticeable or detectable through specialized expertise and inspection equipment.
The vehicle owner or inspection requester waives the right to hold the company liable for the inspection results for any reason, including any errors in the report or discrepancies with inspections from other centers.
The inspection report does not include an assessment of the vehicle's glass condition, except in cases where there is visible breakage.
The company is not responsible for vehicle repairs under any circumstances, even if an issue appears to have arisen due to the inspection.
The company holds no responsibility for chassis or engine number fraud or tampering, as this falls under the jurisdiction of the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Department.
The company is not responsible for hidden malfunctions that have been intentionally concealed using software modifications (flashing) or added resistors that were undetectable by the inspection equipment and techniques used.
The inspection requester acknowledges that the company utilizes third-party databases and services, and therefore, the company is not responsible for the accuracy of information regarding the vehicle’s history inside or outside Jordan. The source of the data bears full responsibility for its accuracy.
The company is only responsible for the specific points examined and holds no liability for any unexamined aspects of the vehicle.
The odometer reading is verified based on available historical vehicle data and the computer diagnostic system if visible information is present, but without any liability.
The inspection report highlights parts requiring maintenance only if damage exceeds 50% of the component. Normal wear-and-tear parts are not considered as requiring replacement.
The vehicle is inspected at normal engine operating temperature. The company is not responsible for any defects that may appear during a cold start or at low temperatures.
The inspection requester or vehicle owner must review the inspection report upon receiving it and is responsible for verifying its contents immediately.
If the vehicle cannot be inspected at the requested location (as determined by the inspection specialists upon arrival), the inspection requester or owner agrees to have the vehicle inspected at the nearest authorized inspection site.
If the company cancels the appointment for any reason or if the client cancels at least 12 hours before the scheduled time, they are entitled to a full refund.
If the client cancels between 4-12 hours before the scheduled time, they are entitled to a 75% refund.
If the client cancels within 4 hours of the scheduled time or arrives more than 20 minutes late, only 50% of the fee will be refunded within 48 hours. No claims for a full refund will be accepted.
The vehicle is inspected as-is, including its features and modifications.
The inspection does not compare the vehicle to similar models in the market in terms of features or add-ons unless explicitly requested by the owner or inspection requester at the time of booking.
